Dan Snyder is a pathetic man and an even worse owner. The guy has a reputation as being an all around Dbag, he hangs out with Scientologist losers like Tom Cruise, and he even cut down a strip of old growth forest in his back yard because the trees were blocking his view of the Potomac river. The guy is a grade A shmuck, and this combined with his rudimentary football knowledge and meddling personality produced a lethally awful football team owner. His personnel decisions are laughably bad (see Mark Carrier, Deion Sanders, Brandon Lloyd, Adam Archuleta, etc. etc.) and his decisions on coaching are even worse, with the exception of the Joe Gibbs hiring. Thanks to Snyder the Redskins trade away 3/4 of their draft picks every year. Snyder's decision to hire Jim Fassel destroys the fragile continuity the team had experienced during the Joe Gibbs II era. Snyder knows so little about football that he thinks hiring a washed up OC with a dismal resume somehow qualifies as a brilliant hire. Did I mention Fassel's previous career highlights include doing nothing as  the Giants'  head coach for seven years and commanding the abysmal Ravens offense for a couple of years. Thanks again Dan.
